Rainy Days

It was a rainy day yesterday and we needed it. Miggy was board and wanted to be out side but finally gave up and realized she couldn't so she slept most of the day. Then it stopped for a bit long enough for us to get our walk in so that was ok we were both happier. Today it is overcast again but no rain yet the temp is warm almost clammy like but the air smells fresh and renewed .

Have you ever just sat and watched the rain drops on a window ?

Or sat watched and listened to the rain as it tap, tap, taps on the window.

Or waited to see how long it would take for one drip to slowly slide down the window.

Or watched and waited to see which rain drop would win the race as they slowly slip down the window.

Or just stare at the rain on the window and be gone into a day dream of wonders and wishes.

Or do you like to get a good book a blanket and snuggle up and get lost in a good story.

How do you spend the moments of your rainy days ?

Until next time, hope you all have a wonderful day !

I watched it rain here this morning and as I sat I kept thinking I wanted to take some pictures of the fall as it arrives--But I didn't--I did my favorite thing to do, I took a mid-morning nap and listened to it fall outside my window...

It has been raining these past few days. I was on my way home with a friend and we were discussing the beauty of a stormy day! Love rainy days! So enjoyed my visit!

seems like half of my rainy days are spent outside! never fails that I need to fix fence or do something outside when I would far rather be snuggled on the couch

Elaine, it was a rainy day today in Nashua, NH so we visited a brewery and then a local thrift store and book store.

Good for you to think of photographing raindrops on the screen! Rainy days find me reading or watching a movie, usually.
