Burning Bush & Burning Wood

The weather has been cold rainy and down right YUK !   I thought it was going to be a nice day yesterday as the morning looked promising all sunny and fresh. Miggy and I were able to get our walk in but after that it all fell a part , Rainy and gloomy . I decided to take photos of Papa’s Burning Bush the colour is soo pretty they call it a Burning Bush cause it is green all summer then come fall it changes to this vibrant red and almost looks like its on fire hence the name Burning Bush .

It hasn't fully changed yet !

                                                           Such a vibrant red !

It started to rain harder and harder as I was out taking these photos so I had to come in and it was chilly and damp so I decided to make a fire and take photos with my Macro lens of the flames dancing.

I set my camera on to continues shots , the flames actually dance around in each of these shots ! Each flame became different as it performed.

Have you ever just sat and watched the flames of a fire dance and change, its almost like they are performing in a Ballet.

Until next time  hope you all have a great day.

Lovely photos!
It was the same here. We weren't expecting rain...but we got it. I think we were the only area in southeastern Michigan that got the rain. Lucky us! :-)
Have a wonderful day!

Hi! Enjoying the new camera, I see. Especially liked the sequence of "flaming pictures". I wonder, how the burning bush will eventually look like...it is very vibrant red now. Thanks for sharing.

I love to watch a fire burn. Clicking on pics to make better, almost worked as if watching it for real! Have a great evening.

Hubby & I will sit for hours watching the flames dance around our camp fires. There's something soothing and relaxing about it!

Great photos! I hope the sun eventually came out!

Sure shootin' I do!!! I'm kinda of a closet pyromaniac myself. Heeehehehe!!!

I have a grandson who pulled a stool up to the fireplace one day and said, "Grandma Muzzie, I'd rather watch fire than TV!!!"

Your dancin' fire pictures are great sweetie!!!

We'll probably have our fireplace lit tomorrow morn. The cold front has arrived!

God bless and have a wonderful evenin' girl! :o)
