It was a windy scary day yesterday we had a big branch break off of our old oak tree and lots of smaller branches all over the yard but we got through it ok.
It finally cleared and we had some sun in the evening. I looked out the window and saw these two bunny’s out for a evening stroll and snack.

We woke to sever high winds .As I write this I am listening out for the loud jet engine sound that a tornado makes before it hits. I have been in tornados when I was a kid, it’s scary. There were 3 tornados that touched down in a town not far from us and above our village called Kitchener early this morning.
Just now I had to stop this post cause the high winds knocked out the computer, thankfully the Live Writer program I use saved this post . I had to go out during the power outage and salvage my garden solar lights as one already blew to the ground. Poor Miggy went outside to her business and was getting blown around she hates high winds so needless to say she dashed back to the door as fast as she could whilst fighting the winds, all the poor birdies are getting blown every which way and have a hard time landing were they want to, there are tree branches every were all over the yard.
I heard on the news that parts of the states got hit again with bad weather . My heart goes out to those who lost loved ones in the terrible storms !

This morning was beautiful with the sun rising ,birds singing and nature all awake. The temperature was already a warm 14 Celsius that's 58 in Fahrenheit with a nice soft breeze and fresh smelling WONDERFUL ! I opened my windows first thing this morning, it’s soo nice to have them open. So ya know I had to go out and take photos lol.

The sun broke through the clouds for a few hours , we thought it was to be a rainy day all day but guess mother nature had other plans, thankfully so Miggy and I took advantage of it and went out in the yard !
I know April showers bring May flowers, but does there have to be so much ?
A quiet day at Our Country Cove today a day to putter around and go through closets, tidy away stuff here and there or just get snuggled down with a good book or read lots of great blogs ! No sun to be shining today !

It was a wonderful but quiet weekend at Our Country Cove this weekend.
Yesterday started out weather wise like it was going to be a rainy day but later in the morn the sun broke out and it was a wonderful day.
Miggy is now cone free for good and back to her old self, all the Daffodils, Hyacinths and plants are blooming and the weather is getting warmer each day , WONDERFUL !
Papa was working on his shop yesterday whilst Miggy and I were puttering around out side and we had a nice fire going in the fire pit!
Papa in his work shop still getting it set up , shelves and cabinets built and storage figured out for now.

She loves being in the shop with Papa ! Papa still has a few things to set up then he will be ready to start making all kinds of woodworking projects ( for me) hehe !
