Sunshiny Days

All though the mornings are cold , the sun rise is wonderful and gives a look and a feel of a nice day ahead .  Our snow is melting more and more and the patches of grass are greening up and getting larger now .  The robins serenade us in the evenings and early mornings  with their wonderful songs echoing through the valley  as a flock of Canadian geese fly over head honking  then all the other birds join in with their songs and chit chat .

Joining in with  My Little Home and Garden for Sunlit Sundays.

I always marvel at that wonderful tree trunk you have in your yard. That is a beautiful oil lamp on your table too. Enjoy your walk and "Happy Sunday" to you.

Ah what is that sound I just heard rumbling by...yes, it's the snowplow. Here we sit with over 3 inches of new snow...and you have birds singing. I have the feeling that the climates are reversed this year. After all don't you live back East? And we live in the interior of BC, lol.

The sun is shining brightly giving hope to warmer days ahead.I've even got laundry on the line flapping in the breeze.
I'm sure Miggs will love the walk and the fresh air is bound to lift the spirits.
Enjoy.

Enjoy the day. Chippy has been out, and the rabbits. The red wings arrived in a big flock. The sun is shining. Promising days ahead.

We got snow all day yesterday and it is cold, so it still is on the ground. Love your sunlit photos.
I think we are getting another cold front this week; I'm ready for sunshine and flowers.
Hugs,
Noreen

All sounds well in your world, Country Gal! There are no beautiful geraniums here; in honour of spring, I brought in some branches of forsythia in the hope that they'll bloom indoors.

That must be a tremendous tree in your yard, given the size of the trunk! On a smaller scale, I also like the homey kitchen photo and the way the sunlight catches each item.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

I've seen a few geese, and robins, surely they must know that warmer spring weather is on the way.

I love that big old lumpy tree in your yard! I'm enjoying the sunshine from indoors today. The wind is howling and blowing snow like January. Going down to -17 tonight like January too. I've had enough. :) But, the sun is nice.

It's a clear blue sky today after yesterday's snow... and what feels like a very, very slow melt.

Your geraniums are doing so well! I can definitely see bits of green coming through on your grass too - spring must be coming! xx

You've got a lot more melting than we do. I will be thrilled to see the ground again! I wish I had a microphone that could allow me to hear the birds in my house. I love hearing them and enjoy listening to them during the warmer months. Miggs looks ready for fun out there! The picture of the lantern, bananas and coffe cup is my favorite! Inside geraniums? Did you keep them all winter?

It sounds like spring has arrived in your garden. Let's hope spring has won the battle and that you won't see snow again until next winter. Happy Spring to you.
