I am so jealous. I'm happy for you though. :) We still have so much snow here. And no spring birds yet. Today it's cloudy and windy but it is +3C. If the sun were out the snow might be melting a bit. Oh well, it will come soon. Enjoy your early spring there.

It has been a lovely sunny day for the first full day of spring. We don't have as much grass showing as you do, but the chipmunk was scurrying around today in the sun filling its pouches under the bird feeders. the cardinal is loudly calling for its mate and the robins are hopping around everywhere.

I see by the pictures that you still have some Winter on the ground in this glorious country of Canada.
The sun is shining brightly here today but I see the weather has the possibility of some snow (the other four letter word) on the weekend.
Your critters are cute...

Yay!!!! There is loads of grass showing through now! Miggs looks a bit bereft at the lack of snow to snuffle through, but I expect that she will be happy to be able to lay out with the warmth of the sun on her!! xx

Miggs is certainly very photogenic!

Elaine, you must be in a micro climate, to have so many lovely little birds. And Miggs is looking rather happy to have a spot without snow to hang out in.

Almost all of our snow is gone up here, downtown they haven't had any for a while...and then there is Kelowna...if it wasn't so busy I would move there in a flash. The lakes are thawing, and they really don't get the snow that we get.

Knowing that spring has officially arrived, I am okay with Old Man Winter not leaving quite as quickly, but he's been given his hat, so I know he will--He just has too! :-)

totally different than here, we had 2 weeks of warm weather and then spring arrives and its back down to -10 for a few days...hope it warms up again soon!

Have you already gotten the snow that we are getting this morning, or did it pass you by?
