Birdies are busy feasting at the feeders in the sunshine ! The Juncos have learnt how to hang on to the feeders and get more food , they are  mostly ground dwellers but these two have finally made the plunge and are able to get the seed straight from the feeder like all the other birds !

We got a small taste of Spring yesterday weather in the 40's , still frozen ice patches of course in the wood where we were trail riding . It was lovely to get out and about in weather above freezing.
Today we are back in the deep freeze , but it was great to see a taste of Spring in the air Saturday !

The light is a spring light, yesterday's wind was a winter wind...so by my reckoning,we're halfway there!

Yes! All those wonderful things are happening! With or without "The Man," making us change our clocks.

Sunday blessings to you Elaine! Love the shading on the clock; I love that our evenings stay lighter longer but always have to adjust to the time difference. I am anxious for spring this year-which is unusual for me; I try to cherish each season. Can't wait for the warmth to stay for good-we are supposed to get snow again on Tuesday-such is life in Colorado.
Hugs, Noreen

Another perfect series of photos! Changing the clocks always takes a little for me to get used too--But if it gets spring here one hour earlier, I'm all for it!

It'll still be awhile here before it feels like spring.

I hope that you are enjoying all that extra daylight!! We have to wait until the end of the month to change ours :( it will come though, and already we are having daylight until nearly 6pm which makes a huge difference from when it went dark at the start of the year! xx

Not to make you jealous or anything...but we are sitting here in sunshine and +12. At least for today. Even raked the yard a bit, well...between the snow drifts, and ice cubes.
