Have nothing when it comes to predicting when spring will be here but the critters do .
Papa took photos of these two on the weekend , they are frisky and frolicking with spring fever !
Oh who's that fine thing !!
I am soo hungry must eat OMOMOM !
OLALLA !! Hello there beautiful ! Spring is in the air !
These two chased each other around and around the tree and then one took off guess no Spring is in the air nookie nookie that day lol !
The birds and critters are all in a tiswas as they can tell when Spring will be here better then any weather people !
The sun is trying it’s best to shine through the hazy cold cloud over the valley , we are to be getting some snow but not much ! I don’t mind the cold if the sun shines and so far the sun has been shining every day !
Spring is on it’s just around the corner , the animals are telling me so !
Until next time my friends !

Ha Ha and I am lately peeking around the corner a lot , it must be hiding still ! lol
I think they are responding more to the change in light rather than predicting the weather. :)
I think the animals do know something we don't :) The Cardinals are so vocal lately. It is worth a trip out in the frigid cold just to listen to them.. only (1 degree here at 8:00am!! Warmer days are ahead tho.
Oh yes...we think there will be baby squirrels dashing about in the not too distant future!

The critters are tired of winter too!
-chuckle- The Cardinals around here, are zipping around too. After each other. ,-) Guess I could take this, as a sign that they know more about this Season thing, too. :-)
My "wondering" is.... I see either 2 males and 2 females. Or 2 males and 3 females. They flit so, it's hard to get a true count.
But... If it's 3 ladies, trying to attract only 2 men, what will happpppppen?!?!? That is what I keep wondering. -gigggggles-
I'll keep you posted!!!! :-)
Cold, cold!
our birds were singing loudly last week - not so much this week with the ice/snow and freezing temps.
They are such devious little rascals! Terrific captures!
Maybe Anthony from Global news can listen to the squirrels. Hug B
Hi, I hope the animals in your neck of the woods are correct! I am seeing Doves and occasionally some birds but still think we are stuck, for now, in winter. We may have a warm day on Thursday and I'm hoping to go bike riding. Hope you are having a great day today.
Hugs,
Noreen
Fun photos, I think we can learn a lot about our weather by observing the animals.
I enjoy watching the squirrels.
Here they tease the dogs. I thought I saw a squirrel throw a pecan on purpose at the dogs.
So cute! And such fun pictures. The animals are experiencing spring fever, no doubt about that! It's fun to watch them. I just wish the weather would improve...A LOT!
