Deja Vu

 

         When I woke this morning I looked out the window as I do every day  saw  the sun was rising and that made me smile  then I noticed we had a dusting of snow . This day back in 1976 I turned 10  and it was exactly the same outside as it is now  . It took me back just for a split second to that day when I was on the farm , the rosters here on the farm down the road were crowing and the Robins were singing and chirping  just like they were when I was on the farm on that day , it was a fast  flash back of  memory but a good one ,  Deja Vu .

So I went out side in my jammies of course  and took photos for my archives that this day March 25th 2014 it had snowed a light dusting of snow  again as it did  on my birthday 38 years ago , ok the math is  I am now 48 OMG !!!

The thermometer out side  says it is –10 but it isn't that bitter cold feeling like it would be if it was the same temp in January , I think because the earth has warmed up and the sun is helping . Either that or I am just used to it now lol !

     When I came  here to do this post on my computer there was a message of Happy Birthday to me from Papa , that was lovely  , thank you Papa !

                      Nothing special being done for this day , just  feeling happy and  blessed I have my girls , Miggs and Harley my wonderful Papa and little farm house with all the beauty and nature  in our yard and all around us in our pretty valley , I mean really .. what more could a nature loving  country gal want  ??!!!!
