Not So Wordless Wednesday

Yesterday was a beautiful day  warm sun shining , warm breezes  and the   temps hit +7   . The birds were singing  like crazy , snow is melting and more grass patches are showing  .

Miggs and I sat out side and enjoyed the day .

We also know spring is in the air cause so are the small air planes . We live 20 min from the small town of St Thomas who has an airport and a lot of small air craft  take off and land there and the only time they do this is in the spring , summer and fall none of them fly in the winters !

The Robins have been singing and chirping  . I love their song and sound  , it’s like music to my ears !

The birds are very active now in the yard and  the valley . Each day they serenaded us with all the their different songs and chatter !

I popped in for a bit to get a drink and saw Harley enjoying her sun shine to !

This morning it has been cloudy but with mild temps , right now we are sitting at  2°C or 36°F and it will be  rising ,  some rain for today  which is ok by me as more snow will disappear .

Oh wait  I see sunshine south of us maybe we will have another sunny day after all !

Until next time my friends !

I love Miggs and Harley's photos of them soaking in the sun. They both look so happy and content. It looks like we will have a beautiful day in the seventies and plenty of sunshine too! Love it! Have a great day!

I haven't seen any robins yet but Hubby thought he heard one the other morning...glad to be able to enjoy yours until ours are back! We are still buried in snow....all we can see is WHITE!! Snow seems to be melting with the warmer sun but I have no idea when we will see a patch of green.

It's fun to see some grass here and in the post below. I was beginning to forget what it looked like. Needless to say -- no grass being seen here.

Lovely pictures I especially like your shots of Miggs and Harley -we have robins over here our English birds look to be a bit smaller but are very similar - enjoy your sunshine and have a good week - Jane UK

It's so lovely to see the sun again isn't it? Miggs looks so snug and cosy while basking in it. We have blossom and blooms out now but are about to hit a bit of a cold snap again, so time to protect those early comers. Take care. xx
