Today hubby has gone down to the marina to get our boat out of the water so it can now be winterized. Mike the marina manager whom I call Skipper, will winterize it over the next week, then we will haul it back here and store it in the back.
The weather today is defiantly fall like , cool and fresh. The other night the moon was full and yellowy orange a Harvest moon it was . Yesterday was hot and humid, the weather has been very up and down and I think it is confusing the trees, they don't seem to know what to do , some are still green, some have changed a little bit and some are fully changed but all are dropping their leaves regardless. Hubby and I will be going on a photo shoot of the colors very soon. We still have lots to do around the house to prepare for the colder weather, BRRRR ! don't want to think of it quite yet !

HEY KIDDO....it was ssoo hot on Friday..and then BURR...Sat.got cold...time to get the woodpile stocked up for sure.
I have the WORLD EQUESTRIAN GAMES to keep me entertained for the next 2 weeks...got a subscription for all the events on the computer...so Hockey or horses either way...my butt could get bigger from sitting...and my eyes could get blurry from too much looking !!!! Am I in heaven or what ???
Hope I remember to walk the dogs and feed BOB !!!
