A Frosty Pretty Morning

I woke this morning at about 7am looked out side and thought , oh goody we got frost lol ! Yes I know I am weird . I love taking photos of the frost on everything as there are so many different looks as it takes on the shapes and form of what ever it touches and sticks to and then when you add the sun rise light to it as  it glimmers even better .  Each and every crystal is different like snow flakes are and it I love how it outlines things . So off I go rubber boots cause the grass is wet and frosty  on goes my coat, yup still in my jammies of course with camera in hand  and out we go .

We have had light frosts but they all warmed  up  and melted by the time I got out there but this frost was a harder one and it took longer for it to disappear thank goodness , yup I am like a kid in a candy store when photographing frost , searching for all kinds of  frosty images .

It is soo pretty out there on a frosty morn , the air is clear and fresh as the sun slowly rises  and sounds of  the land begin to wake .  It is a tranquil  moment for sure .

Frost really does give a distinct outline to things like leaves.

There's a quote about dogs sometimes looking at humans as if we're all completely nuts.

There is nothing quite as pretty as frost on trees etc; wonderful shots!
Have a wonderful week.

Bravo with the fine pics. I woke up to both fog and frost this morning, but was too lazy to go out. I am still recovering form the bust weekend. Yes, that's my excuse, I mean reason. :)

I really don't like frost, but I LOVE photographing it. If only it would keep to the plants and anything it makes pretty and keep off the car and the paths, it would be one of our best weathers! These are beautiful photos - nothing wrong with heading outdoors with your camera in your jammies - especially when you take photos like these.
