Hot , Hazy , Foggy Sunrise

As I was filling my kettle earlier this morning for my morning cup of tea I looked out my kitchen window and say how hazy and foggy it was over the valley as the sun was rising with in all the fog and haze . So of course I had to see if I could capture it as I see it . I grabbed my camera  and still in my  summer jammies went out on to the road to get my photos . Thankfully at that time of the morning  it is all quiet and no one around except the birds and critter and well  ,they know it is me in my jammies and camera in hand . Good thing they cant think out loud lol !

Any who , it was so muggy out there I was out there just before 7 am and the temps were already 25°C and made it feel like 35°C or 77 °F  Feels like 95°F  it was awful  but I got the photos I aimed out to get !

Beautiful shots, well worth the chance of getting caught in your pj's. I think that's how I got into camera trouble last year. Not the pj's the humidity. I took my camera out from the air conditioned house on a really humid day. It was then I noticed a smudge on the inside of my lens. $200 later, I learned my lesson. Since then I read somewhere, to put the camera in side of a zip lock bag before taking it out. The bag is suppose to take the condensation!!!

Really beautiful Elaine... tell Mig she looks smashing in her pixie cut!
We are finally getting a reprieve from the humidity today after two solid weeks.
Stay cool! Try some iced tea! :)

Beautifully atmospheric!
Have a great day, stay cool...I'm drinking an ice cold fruit smoothie instead of a mid morning coffee.

Beautiful images. The weather is strange for sure: it is warmer in Ohio where we live than in Florida where we are right now.

Hot,hot here. Whewwww

I like your picture #2 with the fence.

Oh and the looker out sitting there.

I use a camera bag for my camera also. So far so good.

I use a thick camera carrier from my other camera so my camera slides or nessles in it. Have never had any problems with hot humidity with my camera.

Had my camera for years. Maybe I am just lucky but nice to know. Not that I go far perhaps like you in hot,hot humidy. My son did on vacation in hot,hot and his camera was fine after two weeks vacation on the beach and elsewhere. He just showed us all his pictures and he has a very expensive camera. Being a commercial artist. All was good.

Another blistering day here too, went out early to water and do a couple of garden jobs, now it is just outside for a few minutes on and off.
Lots of cool drinks and enjoying the AC inside.

New to your blog, and enjoying it very much. Especially your pictures. I love photography and am in the market for an upgrade. Would you mind sharing what kind of camera you use?

The same hot temps and high humidity here too on the VA eastern shore, Elaine. I took my camera out from the A/C house to take flower photos and the condensation on the lens acted like photo filters. I will post the shots soon. Glad you braved the weather to share these beautiful sky shots. Migss new look was surprising, but necessary and one thing about getting hair cut, also true for we humans, is that it will grow back.
