Hello all .
I haven’t been here much as I have been in the gardens and enjoying the sunshine , cool breezes being with my Miggs as always and birdies in the yard .
After Papa and I did our photo shoot at the Saddle club events a week or so ago I noticed my camera was very dusty as the dust was flying everywhere that day from the outdoor arena and it had got inside my camera even though I was careful in taking the camera away from the dust as it blew towards me whilst I was taking photos ! We cleaned the outside of the camera the lens and the inside of the camera very carefully as we normally do with our little cleaning tools we have just for this job but there is still specks of dust in there that we just cant get out with the tools . So later Papa will take it in his shop and carefully use some compressed air as he has had to do with his camera before and ever so gently pass over the inside of the camera to get any dust bunnies that are sticking around . I used the settings of the camera that help clean it but that hasn't been good enough .
I took this photo when I noticed my camera had dust spots . It is of our valley in the late afternoon from our front yard !
I haven’t taken any photos since as I cant stand seeing the specks of dust as I look through my camera or see smudges on my photos after even though I can get rid of them in my Light room program but it just erks me ! So needless to say I am lets say “ jonesing it “ for a bit till Papa can get my camera all cleaned out !
Fingers crossed please , I am lost with out using my camera , really feels like something's missing to me !
Until next time . Thanks for popping by !

at least you can do your own work. I had a cloudy lens but I couldn't get at it. Took it to the Canon shop and $150.00 later, it was fixed. What I did was take the camera out of our air-conditioned house to a really humid outside. Everything fogged up, and left permanent spot on the inside of the lens. I have since read, that if you're taking the camera into high humidity, put the camera in a zip lock bag, and let the bag take the moisture. I don't know if that will work or not!!
Oh I do hope he can fix it I understand being lost without your camera. I do hope this works. Take care. Hug B
I've had to "clone" out a few spots myself. My camera is in dire need of a cleaning!
I totally understand...it's as if you are lost.
I hope that he can fix it for you.

Oh Elaine...
I feel your pain!
Last year, the lens on my camera would not shut!!!
Tried all the quick fixes on the internet...but to no avail..
Thankfully my son, gave me another of his,and I limped along!
My boyfriend bought me a brand spanking new Canon for Christmas, and I am a happy camper!!
Hopefully you will be back in business very soon!
The weather at the cottage last weekend was kooky...to say the least!!
Let's hope we get back to summer ASAP!!
Cheers!
