A New Year Is Upon Us

Happy New Year all  WOW 2019 .

Well all the festivities have come and gone and now it is time to collect ones self for the new year ahead .

Our weather has been very odd this winter for us and practically snowless . We have had more rain then snow and it is still very green  and the ground has not had a good deep  freeze yet and I really don't think we will have a deep freeze or much snow this winter at all but that can all change so fast cant it ?!  The temps have been mild and cold from day to day and very damp to.

Miggs has mixed feelings about not having snow as she loves to play in it but then she also likes not having snow so she can get about easier and not get all wet and full of snow balls on her fur lol ! and we can go for our walks every day as the roads are dry and clear to .

December 2018-7138

Most days so far have been cloudy and gloomy but on occasion we have had the sun make an appearance and when it does we are soo happy and act like we have never seen it before , well it feels like days since we have had sunshine and when it comes out things do look and seem a whole lot brighter and happier , don’t you agree ?!

December 2018-7143

The birdies have been busy at the feeders through out the days to .

December 2018-7147

Mr Cardinal has been keeping his distance from my camera and I . I think this one is a newcomer to the area as he seems skittish at the feeder to .

JANUARY 2019-7149Well Miggs , we may or may not have snow this winter but Spring is only 11 weeks away  WOOHOO !

                                                                                 Until next time .

A bit of snow overnght, about 3 cm, so everything looks white for now. We saw a huge flock of geese flying over last night looking for a field to spend the night in,

Happy New Year to all of you! Our weather has been a bit different-colder than I ever remember it and very little snow. I think our spring will not arrive until Mother's Day in May. Sending you hugs.
