Happy April
Our first Spring storm of the season .
Info from the weather network !
Significant rainfall later today and tonight followed by strong winds beginning early Wednesday morning.
A Colorado Low pressure system is expected to intensify into an early
spring storm as it races across Southern and Central Ontario tonight.
This weather system will bring a rainfall of 15 to 30 millimeters, most
of which will fall tonight. Locally higher rainfall amounts are possible
over localities that receive a thunderstorm.
A sharp arctic cold front associated with the Colorado Low will blast
across the region early Wednesday morning, with strong southwesterly
winds heralding its arrival. Wind gusts of 80 to 85 km/h are quite
possible early Wednesday morning.
Isolated power outages may be issues to deal with due to the strong winds.
If the early spring storm becomes a little stronger than currently expected, wind warnings may be required.
Batten down the hatchets , hold on to your hats and brollies and get your flash lights and lanterns on stand by !
Lots of rain this time of year is a good thing cause
I am soo looking forward to my gardens blooming soon . 🌼🌷
These two drawings remind me of myself when I was a little girl walking
and playing in the rain and wind lol !
I ❤️ Pansies !
Hope all who are in this Spring storms path stay safe and dry .
Until next time .

Apparently we're getting it as snow.
You're technically right about the storm, but regardless of the date, I insist on calling it the last storm of winter. lol
We in Tennessee are under tornado watch with high winds.
It is moving up across the upper States. Must be same
you are to get.
Stay safe!
Fingers crossed for my dear old cottage 🤞🏻
Stay warm Elaine..
Cheers!
Linda :o)
We are getting the snow now which is supposed to turn to rain later today. Springtime in Canada, eh? We know winter is behind us although it does seem to hang on but I'm looking forward to the songbirds in a couple of weeks and the trees budding. Thanks for your visit and have a lovely week. Smiles...Sandi
Love the pictures, so sweet. Yes the weather has been topsy-turvy...we had 4 inches of snow Monday and then 3 inches of rain and tornado warnings Tuesday! Oh so true...flashlights handy and batten down the hatches!
