Chippy Chipmunk and his friend's having a picnic

APRIL 2015 (61 of 64)

APRIL 2015 (64 of 64)

Chippy always has that look on his face as if to say  “It wasn’t me :!  Yet his cheeks are full lol !

I like to capture the goings on from the critters and birds in our yard daily as each day there is always something different . There was a Bald Eagle soaring high above us again yesterday as there is a lot of movement in the fields this time of year but the Eagle was way to far away for me to get his photo , I will though cause eventually they do fly low  , I did get photos of  them last year flying over the house and low .

I like to photo archive as much as I can each season and go back to the photos and see what’s different from each season in each year sometimes I have found I have taken the same types of photos from each year with out realizing it  kind of a  Deja vu  going on lol  .

Well that’s all for now I am sure with the weather being as nice as it is I will be out side taking more photo archives lol and getting my hands back into my gardens as all eyes from the birds and critters will be watching me  and Miggs being Miggs lol .

Until next time , Have a good day !

Thanks for taking us on a walk through your property this morning...so many beautiful birds...love the goldfinches! My Polly likes to chase after the squirrel, and she is really fast, but the squirrel just hops up into a tree and scolds at her.

You've got lots of company. Miggs must still be getting used to her spring trim!

Lots of fun going on in your yard. Chippy is a favourite. I really love chipmunks. Robins, too. And orioles and hummingbirds... So many! Miggs is a cutie. I bet she makes for a great companion.

It's exhilarating to be back outside in the garden to observe the spring goings on of the birds and critters. My happiest moment was yesterday morning while gardening to hear loons calling as they flew down to the lake.
We're about two weeks behind normal, wouldn't you say?

You have so many wonderful birds and love your chipmunks too! Miggs is so much like Bentley. They just love to keep track of everything don't they?

Lots of nature going on out there and warm enough to be outside enjoying it all. Miggs is good about treeing that squirrel. Sometimes, they just need to stay up there out of the way. It gives the birds a chance.
