The place is so pretty with the snow fall and you have a lot of gorgeous birds in your garden. That shot of Miggs looking bored is priceless.

How fortunate you are to be in the woods and you have posted some really lovely shots. So funny that Miggs talks to the crow.

These are all such great photos Elaine! I love the ones of the mushroom with the dusting of snow on them. You get lots of birdies there and nice to see the male cardinals. Have a great day and stay warm.

So many wonderful fine feathered friends at your feeders. Not many around here lately. Miggs looks so funny looking up at the crow, great pictures. Blessings Francine.

I like how you've named your bird family...I think I would do the same. Can't feed birds where I live right now cause the bears come...though hopefully they are all asleep today!

Beautiful photos, Elaine. You sure have an active yard there. I hope to increase our bird population once I am settled in the country. I get a lot of chickadees, nuthatch, wood-peckers and blue-jays. And of course, the ever annoying grey, red and black squirrels. I don't mind feeding them, though. They are hungry, too. I'm just about to make some suet for these hungry birds today. If I don't start making it they will have me in the poor-house. Thanks for stopping by and giving me a great idea. Barn board = bird-house. :) Deb

I expect they're happy to be fed through the winter, so they pay back in kind by being such good photo subjects for you!
