Yesterday was another lovely sunny warm fall day ! Miggy and I started the day with our walk then I spent the day clearing up more gardens , trimming , pruning and digging out old Plants and bushes I don't want any more cause they look like they have out aged themselves and finished cleaning out all my hanging planters . I re potted and trimmed back my Geraniums sprayed them for bugs and brought them in for the winter .
Today it is raining and I am sore from digging out the huge root systems of those bushes and plants so it will be a rainy rest day for Miggs and I !
When Papa comes home from work this is what Miggy like’s to do !
She has this thing about having the top of her butt scratched lol she goes nuts !
And the vocal sounds she makes is loud and funny .
Chase me Papa and see if you can get my rope ball from me !
NANA ! You cant catch me Papa !!
She like’s to shake the rope ball to get it out of your hand ! Hang on tight Papa !
In the background Miggy is running a muck , doing the crazy dog ,the mad dash as we call it ! Running circles around Papa trying to get him to catch her !
Gotch ya Miggs ! Then they end with a tummy rub !
And a cuddle !

Miggy is a blast and she is like a cat with that butt scratch thing .. too cute .. she is such a sweet puppy and the header picture with her playing in the leaves is perfect!
What on earth would our lives be like without our furry souls ?
They bring so much happiness to our lives .. I don't think I have "met" a gardener(blogger)yet that doesn't have them .. there has to be an appreciation connection to all life that way I think.

Our Pepper Jax does much the same. He wants me to hold his toy mouse which is a stuffed animal about 12 inches long, and he pulls and tugs and grunts. Of course I let him win all the time and he gets so happy that he runs through the house like a possessed demon of some sort.
Miggy sure is enjoying that play time, as I am sure your hubby is too!

loved watching each frame it was like watching playtime in slow motion! Miggy is so gosh darn cute! She can come over to my house for a play date anytime - we play the retrieval games at our house too, and Max says I give the best butt rubs in the midwest!!
So much fun to watch Papa and Miggy playing. Both are having such a good time. Bet they sleep well at night!!!
