FRESH FALL LIKE WEATHER

Today’s weather is wonderful , its cool, fresh and breezy with the occasional peek of sun ! The nights are cooler as well and I have had the windows open all day and night ! The air smells soo sweet with all the country smells of fields, trees , bonfires and flowers that are still hanging on to the season.  The kids are all back to school now and it is quiet around the Cove, through out the summer I would hear the kids in the village playing. The school bus passed the Cove early this morning , they are all back in school , some starting new grades, new schools and even going to school for the first time. Miggy and I went for a nice walk this morning and when we came home I took photos of some trees I had noticed that are slowly changing .

Time to get out the country lumber jackets now that its cool fall weather ! Yesterday Papa and I had our woodstove going , I love the smell of woodstoves/fireplaces in the cool fresh air it just seems to mix wonderfully !

Until next time , hope all who have kids their first day back to school was great and you all have a wonderful day !

The leaves turning are beautiful, and I love the thought of the wood stove burning. I just love the smell of the firewood burning in the air when someone builds a fire. Give Miggy a big hug from Soph and me.

Hi Elaine...oh the thought of having a fire has been far from my mind the last week it has been so hot, but I know that can change so quickly!!
Hearing the school bus pass by in the morning and no little voices is a sure sign of summers end!!
Your Morning glories are going great guns ..I have then climbing like crazy too!!

Liked your discription!!
Yup it's coming!!

Hmm I love woodstoves, but we are having really hot weather and I will take that as long as we can get it.
