A CHILI & CHILLY MORNING

YUP ! it is chilly here this morning. I went out to feed the birds and I could see my breath BRRR! But it was nice, the air smelled so fresh and clear. My title is about a bit of both chilly air and chili in the crock pot. I love using my crock pot in this weather. I like to make soups, stews and chili like I did this morning, just put all the ingredients in and let it cook for the day , nothing like having the aroma of it wafting through out the house for the day mixed with the  cool fresh air that's blowing through the windows. Yes Papa we are having one of your favourites . Papa usually reads the blog from work when he has a few moments to spare !

As I  finished up preparing my chili I noticed Harley hanging around, she likes the smell of chili and that's when she lurks around the kitchen !
