It’s The Middle Of The Week

And not much has been happening in our neck of the woods . A bit of sun here and there , mild and cold , snow and rain the usual January weather lol , We had a bit of a melt down grass is showing but may get more snow today . It is a ho hum week . I cant believe this is already the second last week of January already  that went fast thank goodness . Our winter hasn’t been that harsh not like it used to be in the past and so Miggs and I are able to get out just about every day for our walk and play in the yard and I have been doing a lot of bird watching and photos of them from our patio which I love to do . Other then this not much to report ! A quiet simple week so far  , the way I like it lol !

As you can see on my side bar I am counting down the days till spring .

JANUARY 2015 (6 of 21)-3

Miggs loves to run around the yard with her rope like a mad dog lol !

JANUARY 2015 (15 of 21)-3

JANUARY 2015 (8 of 21)-3

JANUARY 2015 (11 of 21)-3

Then she tires her self out and takes a break !

                                                               JANUARY 2015 (4 of 21)-3

Her favourite place to sit and watch the yard is on the swing  , we call it her swing swong,  I know, nuts eh? but she does like to swing on it to lol Look in the distance in this photo you can see a black squirrel on the log by the tree and Miggs is just watching to pooped to chase lol ! I wonder what the Squirrel is thinking about Miggs just sitting there, I can imagine he is watching her from the corner of his eye just in case  lol !

JANUARY 2015 (19 of 21)-3

The birds have been feasting like crazy I have been filling up feeders every two days some every day !

JANUARY 2015 (2 of 21)-3

Grass under ice with pet safe salt on top of the ice makes for an interesting subject lol   I thought so lol

JANUARY 2015 (14 of 21)-3

Yes this time of year sometimes doesn’t give me much to photograph so I’ve got to take what I can lol  .

Just a note : I have noticed that blogger has been acting up for some and as a lot of us are in different time zones it is hard to read all new  daily posts and some don't get to a post for a day or so and you have posted it a while ago  that’s because blogger hasn’t kept up on their end  so  be patient with other blogger's please and don't stop being their follower or visiting their blog because of it  remember they don't run the BlogSpot site and sometimes it is their service provider as well they use  so instead of leaving or ignoring their blog send them an e-mail if ya get a moment and let them know,  it is just common courtesy as they may not know  this is happening to their posts , the internet does some weird things ! !

                                                                        Thanks  Happy Wednesday !

                                                                             Until next time .

Love the funny Miggs playing in the yard. He behaves like our Snarf and the picture of Miggs on the swing watching that cute squirrel is great!

Hi there and Happy Wednesday! Love seeing Miggs out in the snow playing. We've been able to walk a bit too, but today have snow so probably will just go play with the neighbor dog. I love those sunny days and would be happy if we only had light snow a couple of times, before the sunshine stayed around for good. Spring is a very messy time here though-lots of muddy snow and rain adds to it.
Have a great day my friend.
Hugs, Noreen

Cute photos of Miggs playing. It's hard to find a topic these days. No pretty snow falls or outdoor activities to photograph. It's kind of slow right now for me too. Bring on some snow!! :)

Miggs is a darling...all that fur flying...he makes for a great subject for your camera.

It's hard to come up with creative and interesting photos in the winter...but you know...that's a challenge, and those are good for us. You are doing fine.

Nice of you to mention the feed problems on Blogger....odd isn't it that some come faster then others.

I've got the spring countdown button too. Not much happening here either. Giggs always enjoys herself outside.

Sometimes I miss the relatively mild winters of SW Ont, and sometimes it's good for winter to be winter as here in the Ottawa Valley.

It's always a joy to see Miggs playing.

Great pictures, as always.

Nice to see Miggs playing in the snow, Elaine. I have been slow to reading blogs and even posting on our own because of so many things going on with us. Of course, the unexpected passing of my mother in NJ before Christmas has also slowed me down. Just wanted you to know I have not given up blogging, but just slowed down a bit. Thanks for your recent visit to the Frog & Penguinn...much appreciated by us!

My lateness in visiting is just because I am so far behind! Glad that you are able to get out and about quite a bit. I noticed your spring countdown - it will be great when it comes hey! xx
