This morning was  heavy rains for the best part of the morning  but now the sun has come out , the winds were blowing  high  but have  slowed down and the humidity is stifling as all the moister is on it’s way back up to the sky as the sun is beaming down  .

All my gardens are coming  along nicely , yup even the weeds are and that is an every second day chore to try and keep my gardens looking nice but heck just one of the things I enjoy doing  , being in my gardens !

We have a lot of these butterfly’s this year , they are the Red Admiral and they have been  feasting on my cone flowers , at one point I saw 5 of them all on the same Coneflower plant but I couldn’t get a photo of them all as one has to be very quiet and in walking towards them as they pick up the slightest vibration and POOF !! off they go ! Thanks Miggs lol !

Miggs looks very comfortable. Sometimes it just helps so much to get the old coat removed. So much easier for everything.

Your gardens look delightful! Didn't see any weeds.

We could use some of those rains here to cool things down and water the plants, a chore I really dislike on hot days, like we have now. The flower gardens are looking good, Elaine, but as yiu waid weeding is work! Miggs looks great in her summer cut.
