From The Warm Side Of The Window

Yesterday was blowing snow and frigid temps with the wind chills . Papa went out to clear some paths before the snow got to heavy or deep and of course Miggs was right there with him as she loves the cold . I stayed in where it was cozy with the wood stove crackling away .

It was pretty windy out by the looks of Miggs fur blowing all over the place lol .

The snow was blowing so much I could barley see them at times lol !

Today it is sunny and clear and winds are calm for now but the temps are so frigid the minuet you walk out the door it takes your breath away , -22°C feels like – 28 °C or -8°F feels like –18 that’s cold BRR !

I may bundle up and venture out for a bit of a walk with Miggs later when the sun has warmed it up a bit more , other then that just puttering in doors for the day again .

The mudroom/laundry room is coming along good just a few more touch ups Papa wants to do to it and it will be done . I can use it now but he like to get it all finished .

Until next time .. have a good day !

Love it! Pretty snow and Pretty dog. I don't even papa out in that snow though. I'd rather be inside where it is warm with you! Great post!

I love how Miggs enjoys the snow. It is 29 degrees here in south Texas this morning. That is cold for us. I can't imagine minus a anything!
Blessings,
Lorilee

I've not been able to comment on your blog for a while... some blogger problem no doubt.
We have a weather warning right now..skin will freeze in 10 mins..I'll only be outside for 5 mins at a time, only when I have to today.

Stay warm! It's pretty nice out there right now (-12) but we've had plenty of -32 days and you're right, the cold just sucks the breath right out of you.

We didn't venture out for very long ... did do our walking at the mall. Today was better as it wasn't so windy and the sun was out. The new header looks lovely.

I have no envy for your weather at all, even though ours is horrid right now, I would not want those frigid temperatures. Hope that you stay warm. xx

We happily have seen our share of snow on this last family road trip for the holidays. Now, we are in PA and drove through snow covered roadways in MD and DE to get here on Friday morning. You had the right idea staying inside nice and warm while Miggs and Ken worked outside.
