Hi Everyone

Just popped in to  say hi and that we are still here lol :

Hope you all had a good Christmas .

We did ,  that’s for sure .   Went for Christmas dinner at my in laws on Monday  roast lamb  and goodies YUMMY ! I cooked a roast ham , another YUMMY ! supper here for Christmas eve  for Papa and I , huge ham lots of leftovers so that was our supper for tonight to and for the next few meals lol . Santa paws left some goodies in Miggs and Harley’s stockings , some  treats and new toys  so they are happy . The weather hasn’t  been  to bad , snowing on and off with some sunshine here and there .  Our boy’s were able to make it down for the day  , it was good to see them  and catch up .   Now it is all quiet again .  Papa , the girls and I are all just relaxing and taking in the wonderful Christmas we had . This weekend we are going to a movie with some friends , it has been years since we have been to a movie theater so should be fun .  Papa and I may do a day trip here and there over the next week weather permitting , then the next event will be ringing in the new year  , Papa and I will not be partying, those days are over lol maybe this year we will make it to midnight , but one never knows lol . WOW ! 2014 , unreal  , the years just fly by don't’ they ?

Hi there, Loved hearing about your Christmas; being with family makes it so wonderful. Our weather has warmed up a bit; I just took Hunter for a walk. We don't celebrate on New Years either but do go out to our favorite restaurant for a very early(4:15 p.m.)dinner and then just kick back and watch t.v. Don't think we've made it to midnight for many years. Hope you have fun at the movie and doing day trips.
Lots of big hugs for all of you!

Sounds like a wonderful time. Nothing like spending time with loved ones. Happy New Year!

Elaine, your Christmas celebration with family and all that goons food sounds like it was very nice. Even though we celebrated in 2 different states, our celebration was great as well. We too will celebrate New Year's arrival quietly with friends and most likely playing dominoes. We have enjoyed your blog friendship in 2013 and wish you and Ken, Miggs, and Harley a great 2014.

Hi there, I'm late getting around to visit everyone so just wanted to wish you and very happy and blessed new year. Sounds like you're getting your laundry room updated which is a great project. We have tons of snow here and it's very cold (-25C) so we've been staying close to home. Take care and enjoy the day. Pam
