Damp Decisions

Good day to you all .  I  hope every one had a good weekend !

The weather has been damp,  mild with the occasional pop of sunshine over the weekend . Today it is that get to your bones chilly dampness yet mild all at the same time with a touch of gloom   .  The snow is slowly melting in spots and grass is showing .

It seems Miggs is a bit miffed there isn’t much snow left as she searches for a  cool snowy bit to roll in !

So that's the dampness part of this post lol !

As for the decisions … well !! . Papa gets two weeks off for Christmas this year which is a great thing by the way .  We have decided to paint over the holidays , our computer room , up stairs hallway our bedroom and the spare room  , but holly molly what colours there are so many out there and so many to choose from I cant decide .

                                                                Decisions ! decisions!  YIKES  !!

I could paint the town with all this lol ! Well ok Papa could he’s the painter lolDecember 2013 (4 of 5)

I think I am going to be busy just figuring out what colours I want and do the narrowing of them down thing for sure bit by bit in each room . We have had these paint books filled with samples for some time now but no hesitations this time I want the rooms done and as I am not good at slapping up paint just what it would look like slapped up if I did it lol . Papa is the painter  .I am the one that picks it out ..at this rate I think I will switch with him lol ! So on these damp days till Papa’s Christmas vacation I will be buried in colour swatches  deciding what’s what lol ! Wish me luck   !

Until next time … Have a colourful day !

Poor Miggs, she does look a bit confused - where has all my snow gone! She doesn't realise that there will be more to come. It certainly looks as though you have plenty of paint samples there to choose from! I have chosing paint colours, they all seem so similar to me. xx

We need a splash of colour today ... foggy, misty, rainy, damp and dreary. Have fun choosing your paint colours.

We just painted our bathrooms, made it easy and painted them the same color they were.

Oh, I don't envy you your job of choosing a paint colour. There are so many to choose from with such pretty names. LOL Good luck!

We are experiencing the same weather! A lot of the snow we recently got has melted. It's nice and mild out; good walking weather. But grey and damp. Oh well...you can't have everything!

It's fun to choose paint colours...but not easy to settle on one! There are too many nice ones. Good luck with that!

If you have a Home Depot near you...
Check out the Martha Stewart colours...
They are wonderful!
And...any paint store can mix her colours, you don't have to buy her paint...
That's my input on the paint problem...Good Luck!

Enjoy your week♥
Cheers!

What are your favorite colors, what do you use in the rooms that you have decorated? Take a hint from them...

It's going to be lovely no matter what you choose.
