The temps are chilly , sun is popping out now and then the winds are blowing and it looks like it may snow .
Miggs and I went for our walk this morning and played in the yard for a bit .
Then as she rested I went around and took photos !
The one and only bloom left in the gardens is on my Knock out rose bush !
We have lots of these little guys White Throated Sparrows around feeding off of the ground under the feeders and hedges of Cedars .
Still some leaves hanging around as the winds have been slowly whisking them off the trees !
In the valley there are a few of these wonderful white birch trees that just stick out from the now darkness of the forest !
The clouds are dark and look cold as they carry snow in them !
Lots of wood still to chop for the wood stove !
Other birdies are feasting to beat the chill !
As our land changes and things die off other things become more prominent and with each passing season nature always has something wonderful to show us even if it is just something as simple as
A pile of leaves on an old weathered chair !
Until next time .. have a snap happy day and take a moment to enjoy natures beauty !

Wonderful eye candy with your images! I can't believe your rose bush still has a bloom that is so beautiful, and in perfect condition. Still hanging on!
Autumn has definitely arrived with you!!
That wind yesterday was biting, but it didn't seem to deter Miggs!
I love seeing the white skeletons of the birch trees at this time of the year. The birds are certainly busy at the feeders. There was a lovely red sun rise this morning ... perhaps rain for a bit later. Enjoy the day.
Morning, Love seeing Miggs so happy playing........Great pictures once again, the White Throats finally left, miss them but the Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers are here......Like the photo of the leaves on the weathered chair, Blessings Francine.

All the warning signs that winter is on its way are evident. Looks like you and papa will stay warm all winter, with the wood all chopped and stacked.
Hopefully, you will be able to enjoy this nice weather for awhile longer before cold and snow head your way, Elaine.
