Yesterday was rainy and foggy for most of the morning.
So I took a few photos from my window .
Northern Flicker
This little guy was busy pounding his beak in the ground after it rained to dine on ants and grubs ,
The birds were out in droves gathering food and flocking in the trees on this rainy morning .
Starlings all chatting up there . Boy can they be a noisy bunch .
But then it cleared and ended up a wonderful day sunny and quite warm … the temps hit a high of 23°C or 73°F it was wonderful . Miggs and I went for our walk and just puttered , I do a lot of that these days lol.
When we came in for supper Papa was home from work and the girls were waiting for their supper . Miggs was playing with her teddy shaking him and then decided to take a rest in her bed with him till her supper was ready .
Harley was interested in where Papa’s boots have been and all the different smells on them and probably in them lol .
After we all had supper Papa relaxed and I went out to take photos of the evening sky.
I love the orangey pink clouds as the sun sets !
This morning it is foggy with the sun trying it’s best to shine through and it is almost there . Looks like it will be another beautiful day .

We had a migrating flock of robins yesterday,they were really enjoying the wild grapes. I love hearing a flock of birds all chattering away.

We had a gorgeous sunset here last night. The sky had a few clouds which always makes for great photos. It's a beautiful afternoon here again. I like your photo of the pink jet stream. Miggs looks so cute laying with her toy. Have a great afternoon.

Same weather her, but hardly any rain yesterday morning. It was glorious today and we are enjoying this weather while it lasts as we know it can change without any warning.
