What Next ?

During the night we had a mix bag of perception , Snow then freezing rain now rain what Next ?

Yesterday we went to our Saddle Club meeting and found out the club has lots more members so that's good and the club took votes as to how and what we were going to do this year in the way of  events and all kinds to fundraisers .  Papa and I are now on a roll to getting our photography business going more thanks to word of mouth from members and showing others outside  the club  what we have done for some of the club members and that they are very happy with their photos, plaques and DVDS and their friends love our work to . See horse people know lots of horse people  and are always getting together so that`s good for all lol ! It was a good meeting and I cant wait for club to start up again in the spring  !

The temp is mild the clouds are heavy and my Miggs is soaked to the bone but insists on staying out side under the porch to watch the squirrels !

Your weather sounds like ours... crazy!... we have had snow, snow, cold, ice storm, and now MORE snow!... I am being criticized for posting that I want Spring, can you believe it!... I guess these people who say that must live in Florida or somewhere... this is one of the harshest winters on record in Utah and I say enough is enough!... It's so hard to even find a place for Tessy to do her business and her little paws are frozen when we come in... I rub her in a towel to get her warm then she lays by the heat... love your African Violet and the pretty bulb and seed catalogs... stay warm... xoxo Julie Marie

Love your planning. I look forward to seeing your flowers in a few months. :)

The weather has warmed here and it feels wonderful at 50 degrees F. It's raining, but at least it's pretty warm for January.

Good luck with your photography business.
The snow started about 5 am this morning, and is still coming down. The freezing rain is expected later this afternoon. It's a good day to stay inside.

I think you sent us your weather. 10cm snow followed by 2-4mm freezing rain. The birds are smart by hunkering down.

Why are our fur babies so stubborn sometimes...we know they shouldn't be out in nasty weather but they seem to like it. I am also looking forward to spring and loading a U Haul..Just keep praying that I can find a house we all like and make fur babies happy :)

It is 50º this morning as I type this. I have no idea how much warmer it is going to be by the end of the day.

We also had a thick fog last night until after midnight. It is gone this morning.

I have received dozens of seed catalogs from nurseries all over the place. I think they sell addresses to each other as I had not bought anything from any of them except Miller Brothers where I did buy 3 Paw Paw trees or whips about 18 inches tall. I did that a couple of years ago.

I bought dwarf clumps of bamboo from them a year or two earlier and that has been planted the past three years and is a super slow grower and is now only knee high. I don't know if I will live long enough to see it at its maturity (up to 7-10 feet) as I am approaching my 79th birthday this October.

Thanks for your visit.
