OUR COUNTRY COVE AT NIGHT

We had rain on and off yesterday and boy oh boy did it get humid and muggy when the sun came out ! In the late evening Miggy had to go out to do her business so Papa and I decided to sit out on the back porch  with our tea .  It was soo humid that it developed a thick fog over and around the Cove. As we sat on the porch listening to the crickets Papa decided to light the lanterns to keep the skitters away as it was so humid and they love the humidity . We have solar and electric garden lights as well . So Papa went and got his camera and took these photos of what the back yard of the Cove looks like lit up with lanterns and garden lights !

The fog finally rolled in thick and Miggy wanted to go in so that's what we did !

Awesome photos Papa ! The yard looks great all lit up !

Until next time, hope you all have a wonderful day !

Lovely! I like to light up my yard too! I have a string of lights on my insulator tree year-round with a timer. I also have solar lights here and there. When you have enough rain, send it to South Texas!

Looks so warm, cozy and inviting. I love being outside at night when all of the fairy lights and landscaping lights are lit, just like your garden.
A magical place !!

How very lovely! Now if only the skeeters would get under control! They are terrible here, too.

Absolutely beautiful!

I had solar lights but ,one by one, they have died. Maybe soon, I can replace them.
