Its A Sunny Saturday

The sun has moved up along the east more now as it rises in the mornings earlier each day and sets later in the evenings farther up along  the  west . I had to take this mornings sunrise as it is always  a welcomed sight .

FEBRUARY 2017 (7 of 9)

We have had sunshine on and off this week which has been nice since the past few weeks we were under a constant cloud cover . Papa is busy from now on for the next week or two building and putting up cupboards in my laundry/mudroom  lots of storage will be had after he is all done so we are busy with that , then in the middle of it all Miggs has got to go for her groom as she is all shaggy and needs a bath and a fur cut badly   so we are busy but not busy if that makes sense lol !

As you all know Miggs loves to lay and nap on her swing out on the patio porch even if it is cold .

She watches over the yard and enjoys the sunshine and is protected from the winds if there is any mostly  and she dozes off and on to  .

Miggs is happy when the sunshine is out to and I think she is now wanting for  spring like I am , with only 6 weeks till spring and only 5 weeks till we move the clocks one hour ahead on the 12th of March WOOHOO !  We don't have a lot of snow  here but I am done with it all now  so here's to  more sunny days  lasting longer each day and the height of all new things to come for the  season ahead , SPRING !

                                                                          Until next time .

Lets get our Spring on ! I am ready , are you ?!

Miggs has such expressive eyes! I'd wait a month with the groomer- you never know if there's a cold snap.

HI Elaine, I'm so ready for spring weather-on Monday and Tuesday we had nice warm days in the 50's and 60's then the snow and ice came in for Wednesday-Friday. Today is beautiful out, about 58 degrees but a strong wind is whipping and it feels colder, though it's taking our snow away-yeah! I've walked once and am supposed to walk with a neighbor shortly, but I fear we'll be blown away.
Have a great weekend, I too can't wait for spring.
Hugs,
Noreen

Looks like still a little snow in the background of those photos. Lots of it here.

I think your girl Miggs is ready for whatever is next! You're right about the brighter days, I'm noticing it too. But I am not quite ready for spring - I need at least one good snowfall and a snow day to feel like I've gotten a winter. Lets see if I get my wish!

I like spring and fall the best of all the seasons, and that said I am still OK with winter being around for a few more weeks as the groundhog predicted last Friday.
