We have sunshine and blue sky’s for the first time in weeks and all are happy to see the sun and now that we are in February and even happier as it is getting lighter in the mornings earlier and staying lighter later in the evenings and February is only 28 days long ok now only 27 lol . Miggs and I had a nice long walk this morning in the sunshine after we got more snow last night but the sun and mild temps are beginning to melt it already . I hope Mr Groundhog tomorrow tells us spring is on it’s way lol yeah ok regardless of what he says spring is always the same time right ?!
I took a few photos yesterday and this morning .

Not long till this winter flag gets changed to the spring one !
The birds are busy at all the feeders about the yard and happy that the sun is finally shining to .
The snow we got last night .
Oh look .. tracks , they are feral cat and deer tracks maybe they were having a meeting about things in the field over night lol !
So nice to see blue sky's and sunshine , ok I cant say that enough here can I but it is true ! My indoor plants have been dormant this season due to the lack of sunshine but today they are perky and lifting their leaves towards the sun shining in and the good news is the sun is to be shining every day now for the rest of the week WOOHOO !
So not only am I welcoming February I am also welcoming the sun shine

We had a few cm of snow overnight but it was nice and sunny for most of the day. Loving the extra daylight. Didn't see the robins today.
Your snow shots are very pretty! It doesn't matter what the groundhog says, there'll be at least six more weeks of winter!
Isn't the sunshine such a relief! I'm so tired of overcast days as well. I love winter, but not the grey days so much. Looks like you both enjoyed the time outside.

We had two really warm and beautiful days, but yesterday Old Man Winter came back with a vengeance.
We had an ice storm-which is the first in the 9 yrs we've lived here; today is snowy again. Oh I love for that nice warm spring weather. Hope you sunshine stays!

I love your pictures! I still say that Miggs is the cutest dog I've ever seen. I love the picture of you two!
Topaz is the same as Miggs, barks his head off at squirrels that have run up a tree for safety. Enjoy the sunshine and blue skies...and stay warm.
