Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend

 

         This weekend is our  long weekend of Thanksgiving , so first we would like to wish all our  fellow Canadian bloggers 

                                              A HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEKEND !

                    It was a lovely day yesterday , sunny warm with cool breezes . Miggs and I went for a long walk .

I used my phone camera again on our walk as it is handy to have in a pinch and easier to carry then my big camera  whilst I have Miggs on her leash .

                                  The trees are really changing now and make the country roads look so pretty .

Yes I took a few selfies of being outside on a fall day with all the colour's  as I am always taking photos of others with the colours I figured why not lol !

There are three cats sitting in this window soaking up the sun watching Miggs and I as we were walking .

Oh look a corn field , I love corn fields . I am standing on a bit of a hill with these huge stalks behind me if I go up to them they are about 8 feet tall .

We had rain over night and now the sun is breaking through the clouds . This long weekend of Thanksgiving weather looks to be just fantastic , lots of sun , fresh air , cool breezes . This morning  I will be busy making desert for the get together at my in laws dinner tomorrow with family , then over the rest of the weekend we will be raking and mulching leaves , cutting the grass for maybe the last time this year , finishing up some garden clean up , taking photos , chopping and splitting of more wood . Papa is busy with the van fixing it, finally got the part  , a camp fire or two and just enjoying  the long weekend  being thankful for all the we have .
