So Now What ?

The Labour day weekend is almost over  and so is the summer holidays for most as we all get back to a routine  with the kiddies going  back to school on Tuesday . I cant believe how fast the summer has gone by !

It has been so humid outside this past week that we have spent most of it in doors and I am going nuts , I am an outdoors person a walker/hiker a nature photographer and watcher  I love to be out there with it all  but I cant take the humidity  and all the birds and critters are hiding in the shade from the  heat and humidity  as well poor things  and seems nature  is taking a break as well  it is soo quiet here ,  so now what ? I ask my self  lol !.  I am not a crafter so don't keep busy by doing any of that , also cant sit still  in doors for long  so I am up and down like a fiddlers elbow all day  but I have been playing about on Pic Monkey creating my own  ideas and images here and there  .  The gardens are in between dyeing off and still blooming  but it is to early to pull or cut any of it down  , leaves are falling to the ground but not enough  to rake up , rains have not come so sprinklers have been put on  , not much to photograph as I think I have already covered every nook and cranny of nature in this valley and yard  except for the  deer and fox who are both very skittish  and out during the night or the very least  early dusk . I haven’t had the get up and go I usually have  cause I think it it got up and left , so I haven’t had anything to post about  . I am in a rut , a blogging rut , a I don't feel that good rut as with humidity and the possibility of rain  that passes us over so far  comes air pressure changes and that causes headaches for me . Now I know  some times this happens and we all frantically search for something to post about well I do any ways lol which is strange cause I am posting about something here now aren't I ? lol  Silly isn't it ? really when you think about it !

SEPTEMBER 2015 (3 of 3)

Yesterdays sun rise  over the valley was pretty !

The farms here are all starting their harvest as tractors and combines travel on the roads  to and from .

Pioneer Harvest

I love this painting of the pioneer couple with their dog and horses in the fields !

Any who , I will get my blogging mojo back soon I hope as the temps are to cool off by Thursday so hopefully I will be out and about and so will everything else lol !

                                                                              Until next time .

Oh Elaine...I'm dying here. It's awful. You can barely breath outside it is so hot and humid. This morning I cleaned out the birdbath, a good scrub, and filled it with a clean rock and lovely cold water. I hope the birds appreciate it. I've already had the whole blue-jay family by for a drink. Then I went to the market and bought pumpkins. lol I'm ready for fall. Bring it on. Deb

It's hard to get energized in this heat. It will soon be over.

I can't wait for this humidity to go away. We went out walking down by the bay early this morning, to enjoy a bit of breeze, but the glare of the sun made it so hard to take good photos. I hear you about the blogging rut, seems I've covered just about everything right now and have cut back to just a couple of times a week to post. I've given up on the Facebook page for my site and even deleted a lot of the old posts. We had a lovely bbq with family yesterday and the kids are just relaxing today before returning to school tomorrow. I've got a sewing project to work on this afternoon to keep me out of the heat.

We all have our moments with ruts in life and blogging, I am sure that yours will end and turn into a smooth road soon. That usually happens! Hope you had a good weekend. xx

I can't take the humidity either... I'm having troubles as of late sleeping, and that's entirely on the humidity.
