This Time Last Year

 

Well, Spring is to start tomorrow  , um yeah not here yet we are in the midst of a winter storm very high winds and cold with flurries and a mixed bag of what ever mother nature wants to throw at us  it has been like this  since yesterday . They predict we wont see Spring till April !

This time last year we were in the 70’s and lots of sun and all was blooming in the gardens !

I was out in my gardens this time last year !

                                      Miggs was loving the warm sunshine and grass !

                                 We were out cleaning the yard and having a fire .

                          I guess we will just have to wait for  Spring  to arrive a bit later this year  !

Oh you are so right... I forgot that Spring came early last year.
No fear of that today with snow falling, no grass in sight.
With the early spring last year our apple trees suffered. No fruit.

the only problem with that warm spell last year is that we got a cold snap straight afterwards and it killed all the buds on the fruit trees here.......

Sucks mind you to think we have another six weeks of this rotten weather.

No snow for us this year (although that's not unusual) and your pics from last year look like my garden right now... down to the daffodils, hyacinth and muscari!

Last year was a delightful spring..this year not so much. Blowing snow here and cold:(
