Light At The End Of The Tunnel

Sun light from a sun set that is , from after our first bout of these snow storms  that are still going for us down here in southwestern Ontario .

JANUARY 2017 (2 of 8)

After days of snow  falling  blowing about in high winds , temps dropping then rising , from sleet to rain to freezing rain and dark dreary days it is nice to see a touch of sun at the end of the day even if it is the only sun we have seen so far as it is setting .

We are into the second day if snow, hoping it clears by tomorrow. School buses cancelled, numerous cancellations, businesses closing early. So glad to have not had to go out today.

Beautiful pictures! Yep, I stayed put these last few days for sure. Getting at some sewing which is fun and thankful that the hydro has stayed on so far!

A lovely sight!

Blue skies can be quite fleeting this time of year.

We graciously accept whatever light we can in winter.

Spectacular landscapes I love the light glowing through the bare trees.
The daffodil shoots are poking through the ground, and it was 71 degrees here today !
