Some of you may know that this weekend that just passed was our Civic holiday long weekend , and now it is over . Papa left for work earlier this morning then usual 4:30 am to be there for 5 am he doesn’t work far to get things on the go for the day at his work , It was nice having him home for 4 days with us . The weather this past weekend has been a mixed bag of sun, fog, rain, cool breezes and humidity and of course I was out every day to take photos of our mixed bag of weather some of it I already posted about but this was yesterdays early morning mixed bag of weather .
A very foggy sunrise over the valley !
The tops of the trees at the top of the valley can just barely be seen !
The fog , humidity and atmosphere of the air creates a strange ora around the suns glow !
As the fog slowly lifts and moves across the land it leaves behind dew drops on everything , I can hear the flowers and plants sighing in relief of the fresh cool water drops .
As the sun gently burns through the fog shining a bit at a time on each and every dew drop making them glisten in it’s light !
Found this big spiders web sparkling in the early morning sunlight with dew all over it !
A dainty sweet pea flower not much bigger then the dewdrops on it !
Dew drops hanging off of my Forsythia bush as more spider webs hang in the light !
Cow bells all wet from the foggy dew as they gently ring when the breeze blows !
Perfect droplets line these leaves and flowers of my Knock out rose bush !
Last but not least
A wet Miggs from following me around as I was taking these photos , as she was licking all the dew from the grass , she must of dried up the entire yard by the time I was all done taking photos lol Silly dog !
Nature … isn’t it all just soo wonderful !
Until next time my friends !

Love the images of the spider webs and the leaves with dew drops. So refreshing to view. Miggs still looks cute, even wet. My dogs are reluctant to put their feet into the wet grass! ;-)
It's beautiful there, our fog is still a ways away. Hard to see summer preparing to end in the coming months isn't it?
So you get cooler temperatures? I'm wishing for a bit of a break, it's been one big hot spell for so long we can't remember cool nights. I know that we will appreciate the memory in winter though.

Hi, Your weather sounds similar to ours and most of the country. We had warm weather this last weekend, but torrential storms last week with flooding. Yesterday was nice, a combo of warmth and then breezes. Today we will have thunder storms.
It is just so different and I think we might be seeing the ushering in of autumn-which is definitely too early. Great photos as always.
Hugs, Noreen
We are in desperate need of rain, watering flowers every day can become tiresome. Your pictures look so refreshing, dew-drops hanging and sweet Miggs what could be more pleasant :)

Dew drops and rain drops always make the plants look so much more interesting and fresh. You certainly had a varied weather day. Have a wonderful week xx
The spider web photo is amazing. We had mixed weather all weekend. Saturday was lovely and SIL cooked a turkey on the bbq ... delicious. Sunday afternoon and evening we had heavy, heavy rain. The past couple of mornings have been foggy. Papa sure does leave early for work.
I love that complete circular spider web...I've never been able to capture one that showed after seeing it and pointing the camera at it.
The sunrise is so beautiful!! xx
Great pics and I LOVE the spider webs!
Miggs is looking grumpy!
Your photos are gorgeous Elaine! I am noticing a difference in the light at morning and sunset these days. They kind of make me sad as the days are getting noticeably shorter. You captured the beauty wonderfully.
Spider weba in the morning dew are beautiful works of art, Elaine, if only I would get out and about to capture them. Thanks for doing that for me😉
