This & That Monday

Hello everyone.

First , I would like to thank all of our wonderful followers and welcome our new ones  to Our Country Cove Life  family & friends . I have reached 200 followers thanks to you all and I am thrilled to receive all your lovely comments and for taking the time to pop by and see the goings on if any lol  in our neck of the woods  .

It has been quiet yet busy here at Our Country Cove if that makes sense lol . Papa and I have been getting our Christmas gifts prepared for the family and some photos finished up for our Saddle club members .

This nice lady is one of our saddle club members and  a show judge . We just finished this collage plaque for her  but it is the wrong size so this is what it will look like only bigger but she saw it and loved it , it is in getting resized . This plaque will be a demo for us . Papa did the collage of photos she had picked out , we both took these photos.  We are slowly getting more business from our club members who have ordered photos and want photos of them and their horses , not only do we take photos at the club  we will go on site to their farms or ranches to get photos for them as well in any season . We have also decided that we will personalise calendars for them if they would like  with their photos of choice!

We received this lovely certificate from the club for being their photographers . I cant wait till summer when the club is back in the saddle at the events and we can take more photos .

On a different note here my Christmas cactus have stopped blooming for now and my African violets are displaying lovely flowers ! It is nice to have some flowers in the house this time of year brightens things up .

The weather has been cold with rain and sleet on and off . In between preparing Christmas gifts and photos for our club members, I have been watching Christmas movies on TV .

Well Miggs and I are off in a bit to post my Christmas cards  hope we don't get rained on .

Until next time hope you all have good day !

There isn't rain here, it's snow, yesterday, and today...

It's beautiful weather for writing Christmas cards.

Love the collage.

Violets are such an beautiful plant to have blooming. I always kill mine. If it's in the plant kingdom, it runs from me screaming.

That sounds really neat about your riding club and the collage looked lovely, as did the recognition certificate. Sweet! It has been a dull and rainy day here in Virginia and after running errands today, I wrote out Christmas Cards. I will finish the rest off tomorrow. Have a great week :)

Your African Violets are beautiful. They are the one flower that I cannot keep alive. Glad someone got their cards finished!
