Awesome Weekend Weather

 

The weather man said it was to be sun in the morning and showers in the afternoon and evening yesterday , I am soo glad they were wrong . It was a beautiful day sunny and a high of  22°C or 71 °F it was perfect ! The weekend weather was perfect ! Papa spent the day in his workshop working on a gift for me for by B-day cant wait to see it all done . Miggy and I spent the day soaking up the sun and I taking photos !

We have two Chipmunks living here with us , one has a chip out of his ear we named him Chippy the other we named Sammy !  This is Sammy !

                 Daffodils are ready to open !

 

This is what Miggy does to get my attention when the camera is not on her and she makes it known with her voice as well, as she grumbles and carries on ! I was photographing the Chipmunks at the time !

              Gold Finch one of the 17 species of birds we have here !

                                      These little guys are so cute !

          This is Chippy he was spying on me yesterday ! Or playing peekaboo ! I can sit watch and take photos of all the nature we have here for hours !

Everything is thriving in the wonderful weather . I cant wait to get out there and plant my  Perennial's !

       Papa is home today with a tummy bug so he is resting , The fog is lifting as the sun burns it off , looks to be a humid day  94% humidity always makes it hotter then it actually is ! We have by passed spring temps and gone right into summer ! YAAAHOOOO !!!

It Was A Beautiful Day

 

The day started out with thick fog then the sun was able to burn off the fog in the late morning and it ended up a summer like day with blue sky's warm temps and lots of sunshine. Papa and I did some yard work and had a bon fire  . Papa had lots of scrap wood in his work shop so we added that to the fire . The summer like weather with the sounds of the birds chatting and singing away the smell of the bon fire the sound of  Chainsaws , dad next door was building a fence , Papa  working in his work shop , lawn tractors getting their tune ups and ready for the summer . Sounds I love to hear  !

                          Miggy is back to her old self no more Kennel cough !

                   Love the sound of a crackling camp fire and watching the flames dance  !

                     Have to cage my Hyacinths so the bunny’s don't eat them !

         Papa’s mom popped over to have a chat , they live next door !

In all the photos Papa had a beard  Not any more , he shaved it off in the evening  . I think he looks younger with out the beard but I like either with or with out .

We had a wonderful day yesterday I even got a little sun on my face . Today is to be mainly cloudy and showers , that's ok cause it is a rest day for us !
