It is hot and humid here as well. We are trying to get the wanna be grass cut before the next round of rain heads our way. I think you will get the storms a bit more than us, but you never know. Planters are still water logged from the last round of rain. It's lovely getting a peek inside your home. I shared the updates on our kitchen yesterday.

That is a typical day in South Texas, June through September. Of course, we don't' have much cold weather here.
Blessings,
Lorilee

I can almost feel the humid heat by looking at your photos. lol I pull the dining room blind down on those hot days too but haven't had to do that much yet. We don't have AC so I suffer for a few days each summer. Your home and grounds look so nice. Enjoy and stay cool.

Always love your tours. Thanks for sharing. Almost time for a full Miggs haircut is it not? I am NOT going to complain about the heat after that Winter we just had in Bruce Cty.

You've got a lovely property!

We didn't get quite as hot today, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. And we might get those storms during the night.

Those are really nice shots of your home. And it looks like such an inviting and cozy place. I love the photo of the way Miggs is lying around. That's how I've been feeling these days with all the abundance of garden work. I'd like to just lie down and snooze the day away! LOL...

Such a lovely tour around your lovely home! Thank you Elaine. Poor Miggs, she looks worn out from the heat. I hope that she can find a nice cool breezy spot somewhere to relax and cool down. xx
