The other night Papa was out in his sky shed or Observatory viewing the night sky's with his telescopes and taking photos . He sets his camera up on the telescope and the telescope tracks the stars and the camera takes timed exposed photos kind of follows the stars around if you will lol .

Photos of the night sky’s ,planets and stars is called Astrophotography !
What looks like cloud in this photo is actually the milky way . This time of year is the best for viewing the night sky’s as the fall coolness of the air keeps the sky’s clear so stars and planets can be better seen !
One doesn’t even need a telescope to enjoy the starry sky’s just get a set of binoculars and you will see thousands of stars and planets more then you can with the naked eye !
The weather has been fantastic the past week and is again today , a bit of rain possible for tonight but the rest of the week looks to be picture perfect again ! Sunny with cool breezes !

I do like to look at the stars and shy when I look through her scope. The sky is like your right smack there.
