WOW ! The weather has been summer like , hot and humid . We have had overcast with the odd burst of sun . Last night it was cool and humid and there was fog as thick as pea soup out there this morning but now the sun is slowly burning it off. I went outside yesterday and took some photos . It was such a nice warm day .
Our Blossom tree is just starting to flower !
Mr Bee didn't want his face on film so he gave me his butt !
Mr Red Breasted Grosbeak always the nosy one !
Little White Crowned Sparrow !
Goldfinch collecting seeds from the ground under the feeders !
We have two breeds of Orioles the Baltimore and this little guy the Orchard Oriole !
Little Dove !
There were lots of Bees yesterday !
And Butterfly’s !

It was a day of Bees, Butterfly's and Birds oh my ! All my favourite things at this time of year , now I have just got to get going on my planting flowers in my gardens and planters this weekend and for the next few weekends !

This is a great way to start my morning, looking at all these sunny photos and Miggy giving us a big smile. It's going to be in the 80s here in Virgnia today.
Beautiful photos!! Can't wait for my gross-beaks to arrive.
Cool I've never heard of a red breasted grossbeak. We have them here but not those colors. Great photos!
You great pictures remind me that I need to get out and take some of my own--I've been so busy I feel like I'm missing everything that I look forward to all winter!
I love the picture of Miggy too!!
Lovely photos - thank you for sharing them!

Your backyard is filled with such beautiful nature! Love your photos. Thanks for visiting my blog too!
We hit ninety degrees yesterday, ten degrees above the normal temps for this time of the year, it's a little worrying, what the summer will bring !
You've taken some awesome shots of the birds and bees, such a colorful variety, and all flitting around your garden so happily...
Just precious, thank you for making me smile today ;)
