Hi . Hope all are staying cool in this heatwave and well .
Yes it has been a while since I last posted . I decided to take some time away from blogging , a bit of a break if you will and as the covid here in Ontario has improved tremendously and things are slowly getting back to normal per-say we have been able to visit and spend more time with family as well and our internet has been acting up some to so working on getting that fixed .
I have been busy in the gardens trying to keep them alive with this drought we are having and praying for rain , hoping the forecast is correct and getting rain this coming weekend .
Our kids had this lovely painting done from a photo for us from a friend of theirs who is an artist, they had this done in memory of our Misty aka Miggs, she captured Miggs soulful loving eyes and character perfectly . We miss her so very much ❤️
As the summer moves on so are we with doing fix ups around the house that we have been meaning to get to for a long time now you know the little things that get put off lol . So things have been slowly moving along here , getting done bit by bit 😀
The yard has been busy with birds and critters and one skunk that seems to like staying here and bunking out from behind our sheds and woodlot lol we are trying to move him/her out without causing to much stress for it and most of all trying not to get sprayed lol .
Well that's about it for me for now , Hope all have a good weekend .
Until next time .

Yes it has been awhile! Welcome back.
Such a beautiful painting of Miggs/Misty. It sure has been hot and humid for the past several days, not much getting done outside except early in the morning The evenings have been mosquito infested for awhile. Good luck with that skunk.
What a wonderful painting of your Miggs! I know how much you must miss her. Hope you are staying safe!
Beautiful painting of Miggs!
The painting of your beloved Miggs is so nice!! Glad to hear you are well and puttering around the house. That seems to be all we can do these days. Good luck with your black and white squatter.
