Cold Moon

 

As I was making supper last night I looked out my kitchen window and saw the moon just beginning to rise from the  woods at the top of  valley . It was a beautiful a perfect sight .

 

                          I love the way the camera picks up the blue of the cold atmosphere ! This was taken from in side looking out the kitchen window .

I  then went outside on the front porch for this . It was soo quiet and all was still out there !

                             

I find the cold affects the lighting of photos no matter what you do especially taken at night ! If you look to the right on the roof you can see the moon light just beginning to reflect on the snow !

                         It was lovely watching the moon rise in the cold and quiet of the land !

Today the sun is popping out here and there . Miggs and I went for our walk and played in the yard as well then I filled my birdie feeders , it is some what mild out . I don't mind the snow if it is mild out and sunny   it is the bone chilling cold  and wind chills I don't like . We may get more snow falling later today .
