A Quiet Sunday

 

Yesterday Papa and I went grocery shopping . I did some laundry and cleaning and Papa worked in his shop and finished the bottom door of my pantry he built for me ! ! Here is a link to the post I did about my pantry Papa built for me  http://viennacountrycove.blogspot.ca/search?q=pantry

                                                                 Today it is a quiet day !

The clouds are rolling here and there as the sun peeks out every now and then the temps are chilly but fresh . Miggs and I went for a nice walk  saw some neighbours out stopped for a chat or two then came home and Papa had the fire going in the fire pit as he was tidying up the yard a bit .

I filled my birdie feeders and we played ball with Miggs for a bit then stood by the fire catching it’s warmth and wonderful scent .  It was close to lunch time so we came in and I cooked a nice  lunch of eggs, bacon with cheese on  lightly toasted English muffins  . Now Papa and I are  relaxing for the day doing what ever or nothing lol  the girls are having their afternoon naps , sounds good maybe I will to .

    Hi Elaine...Sound perfect...nice that you have no snow,and can work in the yard!!
    It is in the 40's here but we still have a bite to the wind! Brrrr
    Well at least we aren't getting the unusual weather the Mid-Western states are !!
