Gloomy Day’s Again

It has been pretty quiet here at Our Country Cove , foggy , rainy and chilly so I haven’t had much to post about for a few days .

Harley hopped up at the window that was closed and MEOWED loudly at me , she wanted  the window open a bit so she could smell the fresh air and hear all the birds in the back yard .

So  I started to snap photos I decided to keep going as I hadn’t taken photos for a few day’s either !

Miggs was on the back porch in front of the kitchen door in her bed where she likes to be in the mornings watching all the goings on in the yard while the birds and squirrels have their breakfast !

Is that sunshine ? They say we are to be getting some sun today , oh I hope we do !

Still no snow here . I want some snow so I can take my winter wonderland photos , ok so come March I wont want it any more, I know , but anything is better then this gloomy foggy rainy stuff ! At least with snow Miggs and I can go out and play and it looks pretty . I like the mild snowy sunny days . It may be a green Christmas for us they say  hope they are wrong it just isn't the same with out snow even if it is just a dusting !

Until next time hope you all have a good day !

  5. Those are very grey days for sure. I hope you get some sunshine and maybe even some snow soon.

We usually have a brown Christmas as the frosty nights kill everything off but this year it promises to be a green Christmas with just a bit of crispness in the air.

  6. Kitties and doggies are perfect companions but esp. in gloomy weather. I live in an apt. so I can't let my cats go outside but they love looking out of the window. Here in So. Cal we get two types of weather, sunny and rainy. How I wish I was going to be having a white Xmas!

  8. I want snow too but not the day my girls are travelling. I think I may be getting spring flower photos instead of snow banks and tracks.:( B

  11. It was 70 and sunny here in Carolina today. I potted some rosemary and thyme to place by the front door so guests can brush past them and bring the scent inside. Our car Molly helped by carrying away the dead plant material I was trimming. She loves to garden. Meanwhile in the backyard the puppies were digging up the ginger lilies and eating the roots. Tomorrow rain and chill. No white Christmas for us.

    I love your photography!

  13. Always love pics of furbabies! I can send you a few bucketfuls of snow if you'd like, we've got plenty to share, but I don't know if it would survive the mail! ;) Cheers!
