Ward Off The Winter Blah’s

Woke this morning to wind, cloud and a bit of rain and thought it was to be another gloomy blah day . Then all of a sudden it cleared up and the sun came out . I think mother nature heard my sunshine wishes . I think the wind did us justice as it blew all the nasty clouds away and now the sky is a brilliant light blue and sun is shining .  Miggs and I went for our walk .The temps are very mild almost spring like for this week the snow is melting and I can see green grass !

These are some of the  things that help me with the winter blahs  !

All this helps me ward off the winter blahs , sunshine, in door blooms , my butterfly things and knowing that spring is on it’s way !

What helps you ward off the winter blahs ?

Until next time hope you have a good day !

Glad you got to see some sunshine in the midst of winter! I think God gives us these kind of days now and then to help us through wintry days.

It's beautiful here today. I have the camper door open and I can hear the birds chirping as they hit the feeder.

Very relaxing and enjoyable as I sit here eating some lunch and catching up on blogs.

Enjoy your pretty day!

I love winter sunshine, it fills you up from the inside out.
Love your geraniums, for many years I "wintered" my geraniums and they came back biger and stronger every year.
Wishing you lots of sunshine!

I LOVE your images Elaine. You are such a talent. Your kitchen window has an awesome view too.

I ward off the winter blahs by baking and eating. Lol. I also like to take a walk to be in nature or I may even just go sit outside with my hens. They're so funny to watch, you cannot stay glum watching them. Have a great week. We are expecting a winter storm to move in tonight and maybe drop a bit of snow. I hope your days are full of sunny days ahead.

Whoa...your geraniums are still blooming?! You must have a green thumb, for sure! That sure would help with the winter blues! We're having a warm snap right now...temps in the 40's and 50's during the day!!...and that helps too! :)
