This Evenings Sunset

Well we got sun WOOHOO !!   It is windy and feels damp but we got sunshine ! Oh I know but it seems like I haven’t seen sun for ages lol

So what did I do ?  well take photos of course, having sunshine after gloomsville for so long is photo memory worthy , see what lack of sun does and what it does when it finally comes out  ?!

This is on our roof , no I am not that desperate for photos to go out on the roof , but I wouldn’t put it past me lol I took this from our hall window upstairs !

I did a bit of adjusting to this photo to help it pop out a bit . The cast iron holder for our woodstove tools !

                                                Shadows and natural sunset light.

Ya know your sun starved when all of a sudden the sun peeks out and ya go nuts with the camera to capture it !

It is to be warming up and sunny for the next few days so I am happy about that !

Until next time have a great day !

We got sun for about one hour then snow.
While the sun WAS shining it was beautiful to see the snow sparkling.
Stay warm.

What a good idea..Maybe (just maybe) I will go out tomorrow if the sun is shining (supposed to be in the 40's ) and take a few pictures if I can find anything interesting to take besides my dogs :) I will be really happy when March or April is here so I can have a moving sale :)

We have a stove very similar to yours in our kitchen. Yours looks to be in a better condition though. Very nice image of the shadows cast by the tools. :)

I know how you feel! On a cold but somehow sunny day, my sister and I will sometimes grab the dog and meet up for coffee and to drive around for a while because the sun shining through the windows feels so good...even to the dog. :)

We got a little bit of sun the other day, and yes it makes everyone feel sooo good.

Glad you got some.

Just stopped by your blog from a link party. My, you have had a lot of snow. Your pictures are lovely. On the side, you have a picture of some calves...are they herefords?
