A Spring Like Day

WOW !  I cant believe how warm it is today , some sun peeking out and the temps are warm and it’s windy. I took the thermometer photo a few hours ago and it is rising as of now the temps are 14°C or 57°F  mind you it is mucky out there after all the rain we had yesterday and the snow melting .

Most of our snow is all gone now and there is lots of green grass . A big change from even just yesterday !

Like I said though it is mucky and muddy and Miggs just gets covered .

As you can see a few little spots of snow left and I imaging even that will be gone soon , as of tonight and tomorrow we are to get more rain . Miggs you are a mucky mess gona need lots of towels and the hair drier for you in the next few days .

Papa is busy in his work shop and I am just finishing up some laundry . Miggs and I went for our walk earlier and she was even more mucky with sands from the road all stuck to her wet fur the worst is when Miggs decides to have rolly polly in this wet muck, oh well that's the way it is in the country .

Until next time hope you all have a good day !

I think the earth has gone all topsy tervy. You are having springlike weather and here in SoCal we are having frost and freeze warnings and the temps are in the 20's in the morning and are not getting above 50 deg.

I'm so so jealous, that is unreal weather for January, we are in a deep freeze with terrible windchill.....Blessings Francine.

We had our warm day on Wed. and Thurs.... now it is cold and below zero with the windchill... Enjoy - it probably won't last long!

It is amazing how quickly the snow can melt, and how quickly your yard can become a mess--That's what happens to us! :-)

I hope you've had a great day!!

Here in Kentucky it was in the 60s but we got rain too. I would settle for some snow :-)

Glad to know you liked my Winter Mantel. Our ground is still snow covered, so I am not dealing with the mucky mess yet. It looks like Miggs is still enjoying himself in spite of the mud.
Have a Wonderful Day,

We had a couple of really nice days here too. Today it's getting colder instead of warmer, the sun is gone and the wind is picking up. And, it's only 1:15 in the afternoon. I think I'm going to have to look up the projected temps for today and see how cold it's supposed to get.

I bet Miggs loves the mud... probably the muddier the better!

You almost look spring like there. Dogs and mud kinda go together:)
